It is important to take the Meter Reading(s) to allow us to prepare your final bill, otherwise you may end up paying for electricity used by the new occupant.

Premises with a new supply

Before the supply can be connected you must first register with us. To do this you require the Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) from NIE Infrastructure (this is included in your quotation for the new supply.

If you do not know your MPRN please call NIE Infrastructure at 08457 643 643 or e-mail customercontact@nie.co.uk.

Once you have the MPRN you can register by calling our Customer Helpline at 08457 455 455.
