For data protection purposes please provide your:
- Date of birth
- Mother's maiden name
- Telephone number
To allow us to close your account please provide your:
- Customer number (from your electricity bill)
- Full address including postcode
- New or forwarding address
- Meter serial number (from the front of your meter)
- Final meter reading(s)

- Employer's name and telephone number
